Design-Build is a project delivery method where AGC Design will work  under a single contract with the Project Owner to provide design and construction services. We are responsible to be the Owner’s single go-to contact, coordinating all the details on the Owner’s behalf and decreasing the administrative burden for the client. Your Project Manager will be the leader, bringing together a team of experts from each necessary discipline. The method is marked by a streamlined collaborative process, open book communication, early and efficient planning, and a significantly decreased risk for the Project Owner by ensuring clear accountability, cost control, and timely delivery.

In a design build we will handle all aspects of the project. We will meet with the prospects during an initial meeting to visit your home, discuss your project needs, take measurements, provide some suggestions and outline our process.
